Helping You Feel More Peaceful Than That Mindfulness Book You Bought Like A Year Ago And Haven’t Read
Welcome to the site! You will feel wild and free; but more like the kind where you’re stuck in a jungle, at night, wondering how large of a spider is probably hanging above your head. Except the spider is a word cloud of catchy feelings and hauntingly uncomfortable posts by yours truly.
The more you read, the craftier you will get at calling out bullshit, identifying with bullshit feelings, and maybe you’ll confront your parent in the kitchen with some bullshit (finally!).
More so, this will be a blog about me. I KNOW.
ANOTHER BLOG ABOUT SOMEONE’S FEELINGS.
My feelings are not unique or special. But I know how to write and create a blog and you’re here coddling this behavior so who are you REALLY annoyed with?
Anyways, I’ve had an interesting journey through mental health in recent months, so go ahead: soak it all up. Get really uncomfortable and then forget you were uncomfortable. It’ll start to feel good, you’ll feel like you belong here. Your surroundings get all warm and fuzzy. Someone will interrupt your reading of this blog at work (her name is probably Karen). You’ll feel some kinda way about it and then wonder why you do. Then you’ll want to be introspective and revisit all the times you felt some kind of way and wonder where those feelings came from, you may even attach them to some bullshit event that didn’t make you THAT upset.
Just an example of what it’s like living with a mental health diagnosis.
